We want you to love your Charlotte Simone piece, but if it is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached, as we cannot accept returns for items where the tag has been removed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the item in its original branded box and dust bag, ensuring all original labels and security tags are intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
